Chinenye's Story I became interested in coding because of the constant challenges I experience each time, trying to recruit tech talents. As a result of my little or no understanding about candidates' tech stack or the functions either of the required frameworks perform, I most times end up shortlisting candidates who are not in alignment with the specifications of the client. I would love to improve on my technical skills to enable me build a more robust knowledge base, provide result and reach my set goals.

My motivation to upskill myself in technology is borne out of passion for continuous self-growth and impact making. Being in the field of Human Resource Management has enabled me understand better the usefulness of technology in improving processes in an efficient and effective manner. I believe this opportunity will provide me the required knowledge that I can deploy into becoming a change agent in my organization and community at large. I am result-oriented, focused and love to provide solutions. Technology is built to provide solutions to different areas of human affairs. I would like to be part of a community recognized for building solutions that improved a process and in turn empower others.
