Nataliia's Story I became interested even when I was studying at the university and we were going through the basics of programming. After I tried the free lesson and everything worked out for me, I am sure that programming is good choice for me

🙋‍♀️ Nataliia's Motivation

Now I am in a foreign country and I dream of being hired at least somewhere, because I am not afraid of any work. A few nights in the basement made me strong. I really want to get a job. I wanted to learn this for a long time, but unfortunately, because of work, there was no time for it. I have an analytical and consistent mindset, I am sure that I will succeed, because after I took a free class with Matt, I'm sure it's mine. The war hindered my career growth, but opened up new opportunities for me. I hope that one day I will be able to return to my hometown Kharkov and work there

🤹‍♀️ Nataliia's Hobbies

I like creativity. I love to draw, knit and do makeup. I also play sports, dance. Three years ago I started pole dancing and I was doing great. I hope to resume my hobby when there are financial opportunities

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
